🐾 No Returns on Live Animals

Due to the nature of live pets, kittens cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been adopted or purchased. This policy exists to protect the welfare of the kittens and to prevent unnecessary stress or harm.

Adoption & Purchase Fees

All adoption fees and purchase payments are generally non-refundable once the adoption or sale has been finalised.

However, exceptions may apply under the following circumstances:

🩺 Health-Related Exceptions

  • If a licensed veterinarian confirms, within a specified time after adoption (typically 48–72 hours), that the kitten has a serious pre-existing health condition not disclosed at the time of adoption or sale.
  • In such cases, we may offer:
    • A partial or full refund, or
    • An alternative solution, such as adoption support or replacement options (subject to availability).

All claims must be supported by written veterinary documentation.

❌ Cancellations Before Completion

  • If you cancel before the adoption or purchase is finalized and before the kitten leaves our care, eligibility for a refund will depend on the stage of the process and any costs already incurred.
  • Reservation or holding deposits may be non-refundable, as they help cover care and administrative expenses.

🚚 Delivery & Transport Fees

Delivery, transport, or relocation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the service has been arranged or completed.

We encourage all adopters and buyers to carefully review:

  • Kitten profiles
  • Health information
  • Terms of adoption or sale
